You misunderstand, I'm not taking him on at all. Do I think it was a bit of an overreaction? Yeah, but mostly on the OT community part, not his, especially when you read the rest of the thread, and his explanation of his reasoning behind it.

No the war is over - it's just the bitchy adjustment stage. Where some people write "I'm currently in the middle of severe stomach cramps caused by the magnitude of my rambunctious laughter" and other people cling on to remotely hosted

gifs while yet others choose even more obnoxious emoticons to replace the

s with.

This is of course until such time as all graphic emoticons will become a bannable offence.
