Anybody know anything available to snack on that's somewhat decent for you? I like munching on stuff while at work or at home, but I gotta lay off the chips and what-not. Too junky. I'm thinking something like peanuts, but I wanted to see if GA knew of anything that's somewhat decent.

Whenever I head out for the second mail run, I always head off to Trader Joes to pick up some Pineapple, Red Seedless Grapes, Blackberries, or Sliced Apples.

Baby Carrots, Baby Sweetcorn & mustard dip. Strawberries and cracked black pepper.

Or just go to a supermarket and buy some fruit.

Almonds are really good for you, but like any other snack it's really easy to over indulge.

Grape (Cherry) Tomatoes, Celery, BlueBerries are also a great alternates.

Whole wheat pretzels are a decent snack. Just make sure it's a good brand (Trader Joe's, Newman's Own) and isn't loaded with hydrogenated oil.

Love these two snacks:

Almonds are actually what I was aiming for. I really like almonds, but wasn't sure if they were high in anything bad.

Yeah they're fine, try to get non-roasted, non salted of course. We get too much sodium in our diet anyways. As with anything else, just don't over indulge! =)
