Hello. I've looked around in the forum and I've seen a lot of helpful dieting and exercise suggestions, but I'd like to know when is usually the best time to work out? At night? Morning? After lunch?

I'd also like to know what you guys (and gals) listen to while working out...I just listen to the Rocky Soundtrack for some motivation...any more motivation type music that you can suggest?

Also, anyone's two cents on the Abs diet would be much appreciated. I'm on it right now, and I've lost 15 pounds so far. Woo!

Thanks for your time. :)

I find the morning to be best. I dont star college until 12:30, so that gives me plenty time to get done what I need to get done.

You'll be getting plenty of exercise soon

Any time is fine, as long as you have the adequate amount of cool down time to go along with it.

When I do my routine, it's rather intesive (2 hours a day, 6 on Saturday, Sunday off, rotating body parts), but I usually need about an hour to wind down and get my heart rate, water intake and blood sugar all even again.

One thing to remember is to stretch before and after every workout. you'll find alot less soreness in your muscles the next day.

Wow thats great results (assuming it didn't take very long to lose that much weight), could you describe you diet? Maybe i can suggest things that can enhance your diet which already seems to be working very well.

Yea, anytime you can fit it in your schedule is a good time, but morning is usually best.

I find I'm MUCH stronger in the morning, but I workout in the evening as early morning workouts make me nausiace as hell.

Leftfoot yep. 6 hours, that includes laps in the pool, cardio and lifting. Granted my Sundays kinda suck from being drained.

I usually work out during the hours of 1-3, switching from the bench to the treadmill. Then I usually cruise around in my car for a bit, killing Ballers during drive bys. Later on a do a misson.
