Oh man. I'm sorry. There are loads of names I missed out. You, MicH, Robin64, fishfishmonkeyhat... The list is endless.
I could never forget you!Omg you forgot meeeeeee!
I had such a wonderful time playing ACNL with ACGAF. Love you guys. I stopped playing after the last holiday event before the 1 year anniversary of getting the game. I believe it was Easter, or was it the Cherry Blossoms? I spent 500+ hours in that game through out the year, so it was pretty hard for me to stop. I ended the game cold turkey. Just decided not to log in, take the game out of my XL, and put it back in its case. I really hope no one left, but if some animals did... I don't care!
You can't. It appeared, so I quickly took a load of screenshots. How do you get a permanent rainbow?
Omg you forgot meeeeeee!
Why, yes! Those are matching Triforce stumps. Thanks for noticing!<3
Those pics of your town are lovely.
Well, you're basically the Kellam of AC GAF to be fair.
*rolls eyes* Please try not to trash some ones goodbye thread with your ugly words.
Aw man. Don't. I toyed with that idea for a while, but the whole neighbours-moving-out and resetting-for-house-placement thing is just so un-fun, and it would be the only thing keeping me going for the next 5 months. Not quite worth it, sadly.Lol <3
It's too bad you didn't make it to the biggest tree Chopper. Would've looked really nice.
God bless Beautiful Town ordinance.
I got silver. About two weeks ago i was invited to someone's TT town, where I spent an hour and a half pulling 2000+ weeds. So yeah...Did you ever get the weeding badge? If not, maybe it would have been a good idea to turn it off so that you'd have a bunch of weeds to pull if you ever return.

Yeah. Well it might well be my only Animal Crossing regret. No no, not telling you to go for it. Just being wistful.
And what experience is that?In my experience, Animal Crossing isn't really a game but more of a simulator for lonely people.
There's actually been much less than I had imagined. So much shit posting on this thread that it makes me sad.
Is there really that much content in these games? I need to check this shit out.
Agreed. I think Animal Crossing actually helps satisfy the hoarder inside me. The constant uptick of your catalogue is so satisfying. I have geuninely saved myself hundreds of pounds this year! There's lots of collection aspects, a full year of special events, and the ability to create custom clothing/patterns for furniture. But you need to enjoy those aspects or it wouldn't do anything for you.

I wonder what motivates people to type such things. In my experience, Animal Crossing isn't really a game but more of a simulator for lonely people.
Funnily enough, Buckland is named after my dog, Buckley
I made so many friends by playing this game, so I don't know about thatIn my experience, Animal Crossing isn't really a game but more of a simulator for lonely people.
I hope many of you guys are getting Fantasy Life later this year because that experience wouldn't be the same without ACGAF
Awesome post. FYI, I showed it to the director of the game (she's an old friend), and she said she's gonna visit your town via dream suite. So, one last achievement to add to your list. I'm curious why people do such things, then. I enjoy most of my villagers, but I wouldn't bore myself trying to keep a particular one around, for being concerned for where they move in. Part of the fun for me is seeing who shows up and where they decide to move.Aw man. Don't. This doesn't appear to be true at all. In fact, most of the villagers seem annoyed if you talk to them too frequently. I'm actually disappointed that I haven't been invited to anyone's house in a long time.I wish I understood the appeal of animal crossing, but I just don't. Game actually stressed me out because the characters had "expectations" that I'd stop in and talk to them everyday

Have you seen my town? If someone were to just move in where they wanted, it would be devastating to the layout. I had to take control!I'm curious why people do such things, then. I can attest to this. I spent quite a lot of time getting my villagers to place their house just where I want them to and it looks awesome. I made a little residential district with all my villagers grouped togetherHave you seen my town? If someone were to just move in where they wanted, it would be devastating to the layout. Well at least you gave it a try!I really, really tried to get into animal crossing: new leaf, I just couldn't do it. The game is so damn slow paced and boring, I just... don't understand the point.
Hell yea if you dig it though!
