Would have been nice to have this feature back when I was still maintaining the RFOM clan, but I thought it might be useful for others to be aware of it. I know there's other ways to do clan mgmt or data entry like this on the web but this might be a simple alternative worth considering. Besides, it's Google and they're our overlords so let's just submit and be done with it. I set up a basic example with the old RFOM roster spreadsheet:

Here's a Live Form I setup as an example of how to make it easy for people to submit basic details to request an invite - saves a few steps rather than gathering invites through PM:

Google says your supposed to be able to see form submissions on the spreadsheet appearing as they are submitted, but I haven't seen that work yet.
Another caveat is that the form entry adds its own timestamp column to the values on your form, so unless you account for this on your spreadsheet, your first column setup will be a mess, as you can see in my example above, since I didn't realize I'd have to account for this.
Other than that, I'd like to see some more options for form entry that allow the form creator to define precalculated values or to have users enter date/time formatted values.
