My money is on either Jeb! or Huckabee. The Donald is off the cuff, he has even said he doesn't like planning for these type of things. Carson plays it too close to the chest, his entire thing is being the quiet guy. Plus they're both front runners. Not the primary debates, those are determined by the party itself.
People bitched about there only being 7 democrat debates, but frankly I think that's a pretty good number for the primary.
There is simply more to debate at the general election level than the primary.
