Damon Albarn just focus on doing more Blur please. And not like the shit you did with Song 2 and post. Go back to your britpop roots please.
We can all wish for that to happen, but it likely won't. An era gone by.

If they ever did reform, it wouldn't sound at all the same.

Anyway, thrilled for Plastic Beach. Day one, for me.

True. I'd be content with more TGTBTQ-esque songs from Damon, in some form or another. Be it solo or in another supergroup setting.

Though Graham has given us a little taste of the past on his Stephen Street-produced albums, which has been nice.

But regarding Blur, yeah, that ship may have sailed. Their reunion shows were a huge hit last year, and they seemed happy to just end it there. If there was ever a time to shift a focus towards a collective Blur album, it would have been then....but it didn't happen.

I'm not giving up hope, I'm the consummate Blur optimist...but yeah. :(

Who's your real love: Britney or Blur?

Good, I loved Gorillaz and Demon Days. I thought G-Sides was terrible, though. I only liked the 19-2000 Soulchild Remix on that album. I'd prefer if the third album was more like Demon Days and less like Gorillaz. I liked more songs on the first album, but I think my tastes have changed where I much prefer songs like O Green World, Feel Good Inc and Dirty Harry. PEACE.

Danger Mouse producing or not? I'm pretty convinced he is what made Demon Days so great.

doubt it, he has new stuff with the shins guy and a different album with sparklehorse...he's been busy

Too many guest spots...
Same impression here, I'd much rather have them be the voices of the characters. The hip hop guys could have taken over Russel... Anyway i'll wait and see how this all pans out.

!

Really, the best news I have heard ever.
Does their offical website have any info or anything on the story of this album and why it came into being? Last I heard Damon was more or less done with the G.

He's not talking about the videos but rather your incompetence at the english language.

I bought the first CD off the strenght of it's singles, what a horrible horrible mistake. The CD seemed way to much up it's own ass: Their was litterally a song where the lead singer just repeated the phrase "gravity" over and over again...

That is quite incorrect. Claiming there is a song where the "singer just repeated the phrase gravity over and over again" is simply false.

Anyway, I'm pretty keen to hear this. I hope for the best.

well there was something to that effect. I don't really remember I blocked the experience out of my head...

That artwork is very cool for the single stylo. The bands style is what first got me interested in there music. I remember seeing the clint eastwood video when it was first released on tv and loved it. Been a fan ever since then. Good to see the 3rd ablum is coming along nicely.

So many surprising guests!

Mark E Smith will probably turn a lot of people off, but he's the fucking man! The Fall is one of my favorite bands

I was only mildly interested in this before, but now I can't wait. Gruff Rhys! Lou Reed! OMG
