My Archos was giving me so much trouble the past year or so. Freezing on me, battery running low only after 40 minutes of use, wouldn't charge up... Just bein' an all-around bitch. So I decided to go for a 40 gig i-Pod.

I'm likin' it for the most part. Small, sleek, and the scroll wheel is excellent. Only thing that bothers me is how the music is arranged. I was expectin' to just dump my two music folders into the i-Pod's HDD and be set, like I did my Archos. But it just dumps the mp3s, not the folders that just arranges all of my shit so nicely... It's all unorganized now. :( I usually don't bother with the mp3's file info, nor playlists, but it seems like I'll have to start... :/

I'm thinkin' I should start from scratch and make sure everything's arranged nicely. You delete files through the Library on i-Tunes, correct?

$50/hour, but no kissing on the lips and colors must be pre-separated
Cool, now upgrade your monitor. A Gateway E700. Come on man, you're better than that...

Docpan: Too... Much?...

$400, but I used the giftcard to knock it down to $200.

Welcome to the family :)

Yea, ID3 tagging is annoying at first, but you learn to love it. Especially with the live search in iTunes, it just makes things so....easy.

That's what I call it, at least - the search bar up in the righthand corner of iTunes.

If you use it while you're in your library, it pulls up results as you type stuff in. It's really handy, like say, if I want to hear a bunch of Oingo Boingo. I just type in 'Oingo Boingo' and hit play. Or if I want to hear all my songs with the word 'sneak' in the title.

It makes playlist creation so incredibly easy.
