Seeing these GIFs makes me really bummed that I couldn't make it.
I'm somewhat of a Ring specialist even though I don't like it very much as a track.

Hehehe, don't worry about it. It was worth it for the psychological experience. After I'd spun I totally forgot which corner I was on, I couldn't recognise anything in the pitch black. Once I was back on the track I was just accelerating into the darkness thinking, "Shit! do I go left or right?!"
Sunhi, if you want to make a comedy gif, please do one from my helmet cam from 18:50 to 19:00 total race time. GHR reverses onto the track in front of me and scares the life out of me

Lap 5, two corners before the Dottinger Hohe (when pask overtook me), I mess up, get two wheels on the grass and pask gets alongside me. Not completely sure how exciting it is from the outside, for me it was desperately trying to steer off the grass while avoiding spinning out
External replays missed it, had to use this angle. Close call

That was similar to another incident where I spun off and I couldn't get out of the way fast enough, you ended up with a lot of damage, sorry. The 'Ring is a dangerous place to race.

I was rammed off the road once and GHR_Gynoug79 twice.

Racing good manners are pretty difficult to achieve at Nurburgring.
We need to start thinking about next race will be. Some suggestions:
For ashk: Prototypes at La Sarthe
Classic Dodge Challenger RM vs Classic Camaro RM @ Deep Forrest
DTM @ Spa again
Karts at Eiger Rain (track start damp and gets dryer. No weather change)
GT1 class cars (GTLM, ZR1/Z06RM, GTR TC, Zonda R, Etc) @ Fuji GT
Lexus LFA vs 430 Scuderia @ Suzuka

Haha cheers ! Didnt want to bring it up as i already had a "excuse" for every single other races i took part in here i think.
@asclepio: I think there should be at least the intention (not saying that the crashes were intentional) especially in such a long race on ther 24h layout of the nordschleife. There is really no need to rush it in the first few corners...

From left to right Kaizor hits GHR who spins out into the sand
Lap 1 - 02:26
Bradley loses control and side swipes GHR.
They both spin out and Bradley recovers quicker and overtakes.
Lap 1 - 3:58
Bradley cuts corner and bangs into chillumchilla.
chillumchilla is pushed into the verge and Bradley overtakes.
Lap 1 - 08:38
Rear-ended chillumchilla loses control.
Bradley overtakes....
Malicious no, cavalier yes. Judge for yourself.

That being said, I spent the majority of the 1st three laps in last place. I decided to pit in and get fresh tyres at the end of lap 2 hoping I could gain time over all. So whilst I made mistakes that resulted in some collisions, you can't blame me for finishing above you.
Again, I apologise if I upset anyone. It was never my intention and last thing I wanted first time out in a NRL race was to be subjected to a personal lynching post-race.
This. Don't dive bomb into corners and don't be over eager in the start and you're pretty good.

As I said above, don't worry about it too much. But if you think this was a lynching you should have seen the Super GT thread close to release when we started the league. Tempers were really hot back then... Postrace almost always turned into a shouting match.

It is not rain, just wet. I would say that should be around 40 min. If I find it is longer, I will reduce the # of laps.
