I've heard there is a code on a sheet of paper inside the case which gives you access to the blimp. I assume this code is inside all game cases of the first batch produced, not only limited to preorders (similar to the "Limited Edition" of Battlefield 3 which gave you the "Back To Karkand" DLC for free).

Uhm no, not at all.. It was extremely easy. Just take out your phone, select the cheats that you want and you're done. It's a bummer that they returned to this.
If these are all the cheats then I'm really disappointed as I would have preferred that there was a cheat to permanently disable the cops, damn this sucks

86% on the preload, should be finishing in about a hour + 20 min to install. Started at 4PM BST (I'm in Portugal)
I'm sorry I meant the 360 mandatory install. I hope all goes well for psn bros downloading this. Nothing worse than waiting even longer for this thing.

I don't think this is the complete list of cheats. I'm sure there will be a good bunch of cheats hidden in the game. For SA even 4-5 years after it's initial release new cheats were found.
I'm a PC gamer and on PC the cheats in the III-era games were actual words you typed in with the keyboard and that was really fun because the cheats had funny names like ROCKETMAN, JUMPJET, NUTTERTOOLS, GUNSGUNSGUNS, CHITTYCHITTYBB, BANGBANGBANG, FANNYMAGNET only to name a few I still remember from III, VC and SA. So I really welcome the return to the classic cheat system.
