=/ I tried to cancel my Dark Souls pre-order/pre-purchase thing and that was 4 days ago and they still haven't got back to me.

I asked them 3 days ago what I need to do to recover my account since my password was changed by someone and no reply yet. I had to ask with another email because I obviously couldn't ask with my account that I am locked out of. If someone would just talk to me for 5 minutes, I could provide the account history details and credit card used to pre-order the games that someone is trying to steal.

So I've tried countless times to try and purchase Darksiders 2 with a coupon and all attempts have failed. Tried IE,FF,iOS Safari, and Chrome with the PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payment option and all attempts have been declined. Requested a ticket, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Also, reset my verified with visa account.

Anyone Have any suggestions?

I've had a similar issue with purchases on the site. I've had a ticket open for going on seven days and still haven't heard anything yet. Shame, too, I've never had any issue using the site until now.

My Dark Souls preorder cancel that I requested last week went through. A part of me kind of wished that it would have been rejected in hopes that the resolution would be unlocked quickly by modders but there really is no knowing at this point. This was probably my most anticipated release this year but I can't justify the cost of the port when I already own the PS3 version.

It's a good thing for GMG that they sometimes have great prices on games because I certainly wouldn't be coming back otherwise. I have some kind of payment trouble every time I try to buy something. This time it just straight tells me "there's a problem with your Paypal account." Haven't had trouble using my PayPal account for anything else lately other than the LAST time I tried to buy from GMG.

Looking at their Facebook page, they hadn't started dispatching orders until today, and some hadn't even been dispatched at the time of the last update a few hours ago.

They used to be great, but I think they've taken on too much too soon with the retail expansion and this Playfire stuff. They're having more and more problems lately, unless I just wasn't aware of them before. Missing keys, keys not getting sent out in time for release, retail games not getting dispatched to arrive for release... not good.

I received my refund without ever getting anything back from them via e-mail. No official word at all. They took down Dark Souls from my games page and then I had the refund on my CC a couple of days later.

Just submit a support ticket. I had the same problem - as in, I didn't even RECEIVE an order invoice and it wasn't in my Keys section on my account - and got a response in five minuets with a voucher code.

Not sure I'll buy any retail games from them again, rather disappointed they didn't manage to deliver them for release. Even thehut/Zavvi manage to get games to me on release 99% of the time, and they're shipping from Jersey.
