my friend brought this for me to listen to yesterday, but i just got around to it a short while ago...

wow, these guys are pretty good, and it's pretty entertaining...

i won't go and make wild claims like "best thing i've heard all year" since it isn't even the best thing i've heard all week

(that honor belongs to in the closet 1-5)

but this album is pretty tight...

anyone else heard it?

I've seen Group X four times live, and it's excellent performance art. Every show is different. They only play in the Atlanta area, though. I do recommend the album, it's insanely funny in parts and reasonably entertaining otherwise. Make sure you listen for the secret prank call at the end of "Pay For Your Gas Or Lose Your I.D." The CD is available on their website, http://www.groupxarab.com, probably hard to find otherwise.
