I am happy for the success of Helldivers 2, in the state of play it was treated as a "minor" game and it has exceeded all expectations.

FF Rebirth came out on the 29. Literally the last day of the month. All numbers that only look at individuals months for this game will be skewed because of that. Day 1 includes all the preorders, so its probably the biggest day, but there is still significant movement in at least the first 2 weeks after launch. Everything after that depends on word of mouth and marketing.

That is a good point, Helldivers 2 does have more time, which will help it.
