Sony is doing much better than expected with yoy growth.
It's not like they had a weak holiday season last year with the Slim and Spiderman2, they shipped over 8m units ww.
They seem to be doing better (tomorrow we'll get US data and I expect the same) and the PS5 Pro is contributing very positively.

Let's also note that the Horizon Remaster is at n.7, only Sony game in the top ten and it gives a clear idea of why people online are detached from reality.

As i said, i truly believe last month to have been PS5's peak in hardware sales WW so far. The USA data will be similar imo.

No, it's just that the English market has always been a bit sick in the head in terms of game sales. That's why the planet made the only right decision, isolating them from the rest of Europe with water, otherwise the infection would have spread there too.

So little known fact but the UK is one of the few places Vielguard is selling so well, the other being Germany, you are not wrong the UK market does not look like the rest of Europe, but that's only because Vielguard is selling well enough it's charting.

In Europe it's selling 21% behind Rebirth rather than being ahead by a couple of percent, it's that bad

They do increase the sales of the overall platform. What you are thinking of is if they increase their overall userbase. We wont know that until Sony does their quarterly.

As a Switch owner for many years, I would say that it is the best game that Nintendo has ever made. Especially with the new tracks. It is appealing to young and old. It's just the best Nintendo game there is and anybody with a Switch is a a bit silly not to own it.

If you think it won't appeal to you, try opening up your mind and actually playing it because it appeals to everyone. Sorry.

For their sake, I hope they already knew the fall back plan. I figure they should have planned this out after the Business Update from earlier this Spring. Now that COD has failed to make that GP splash, flip the switch and kick off 2025 with the "New Xbox Plan". OMG.............maybe it is their "Everything is an Xbox" marketing. That IS gonna be the plan LOL! It just came to me just now in real-time.

They are going to be the first "1st Party Marketplace\3rd Party" Publisher ever in video gaming. And it'll start in 2025.
