My plan was to get to play GTA VI at launch as cheap as possible, since I'm saving up for a gaming PC purchase next year. A used XSS I can get for 120-140€, while a used PS5 is still going for 230-250€. If I like GTA VI, I will replay it on PC anyway, if not, at least I'm not disappointed to have spent too much money on a console.

The problem with the XSS is that it doesn't have a disc drive. So once you buy a game, that money is basically gone. With a used PS5 or XSX, you can probably still resell the game for around 80% of the original price and you'll also be able to sell a PS5 or XSX more easily than an XSS.
