First I couldn't connect to Steam, then it "preallocated" like 60gb extra room from my disk, now it's unpacking... at a decent speed! Looks like it'll be only a few minutes or so. SSD seems to have been a good investment.

NOTE: I think the pre-allocation/unpacking is highly dependent on your disk write speed. It's writing ~70mb/s to disk right now.
