For anybody blaming Rockstar - they don't run the Steam servers.

Everyone is using Rocstars servers - steam also uses RSC. It doesn't do anything other than downloading the games files / updates and decryption for preloads.

I used to use a steering wheel and k+m together on San Andreas. It was pretty fun as i could drive and a friend of mine could shoot while playing SAMP.
