Guilty Gear Isuka - Gamespot Review

Actually #Reload is the good version. Isuka is poo. #Reload is a blissful refinement of a proven formula and a damned good port.

Yeah, Mielke might very well be this game's only friend. I just finished up my review tonight. It's a nice try at something different but the end result isn't worth investing in.

The teflon series is starting to get scratched

Time to stop milking the X engine and wasting time on experiments and get to shufflin' on a new engine for GGXXX, guys

Well, the beat-em-up game can be fun, and despite how chaotic the 4P multiplayer is, it does have some fun to be found within...

...But yeah, Reload kills it.

the beat-em-up minigame sounds cool. i fear that i'll buy this. in spite of the fact that i'm swamped with games and have no one to play fighters with.

The beat-em-up part is what redeems it from total destruction IMO. RKII Factory is fun.

The biggest problem with 4P Multi is it costs a fortune to try it out. Not that many folks buy mutlitaps. It's pretty ridiculous to release this four player game on a system with only two standard control ports. Dumb dumb dumb.

Isuka is coming out on Xbox this year in Japan with Xbox Live play. I fear I'll be buying it twice whenever there's a U.S. release (or if the game is W-Code compatible).

Don't forget SVC Chaos, though it shouldn't have been crap to begin with. SNK should of delivered and they screwed us over twice: the arcades AND the home scene. Meh.
