Im conflicted. I don't like Sekai, even though I usually adore shounen characters, because he's an idiot.

Being an idiot isn't a demerit for all protagonists but when you're show centers around building the best gunpla and bringing out its full potential, being an idiot doesn't help. I just want an intellectual MC instead of a POWER THROUGH WITH MY FEELINGS while delivering a giant fist MC. I'm not even asking for Inahova. Can we just get someone who's actually an, I don't know, ace pilot.

Also, European champ got jobbed hard. Can't expect the Open to be hype at this point.

Can we really blame them for all choosing Exia's though? Everyone knows the GN Drive is too strongk!

If we're going by too stronk I expect them to all be rocking Turn units. Because Moonlight Butterfly covers a range from here to Jupiter.

Really somebody should just be rocking a team of Turn A, Turn X and Devil Gundam so that they can be hilariously invincible. Between the Devil's cells and the Turns' Butterflies there really shouldn't be any hope of victory for the opposing team.

Especially not if you were one of those dumbass themed teams like Team All Zaku or Team Underwater Only.

Except we saw both the Turn X and the Devil Gundam lose spectacularly last season for some reason. I mean come on, Devil Gundam losing to a Jegan? That should be impossible.

I have no idea what you're saying (BM-img), but yeah I think the game has chat channels, mimicing radios. They can radio each other, they can radio the other team (if they accept it) and they can use loud speakers. Depending on the situation location and frequency, the people in the other terminals will hear it.

Doesn't a certain amount of time have to elapse before they can start using Gunpla from a recent show? I thought that's why there weren't any models from AGE in season 1.

Eh, Portent is different enough to where I think you can't call it just another Exia. As it stands I think Portent and Transient are the only gundams even worth a second look this season.

Not in a season with the fucking Tryon-3 they're not.
 
The End is a cool concept that ended up looking terrible in motion imo, which is a shame because he could look way better and R-Gyagya hasn't been on screen in like 30 years because the writers don't know how to keep themselves from immediately discarding characters once they lose a battle, I don't even remember who she lost to, probably some other discarded characters. I ain't even trying to hear about that Tryin-3 though lol, that thing needs to go home.
 
I hope if there is a Try Harder Season 2 or some shit, that the Crossbone Exia 00 Quant Super Amazing Burst or whatever gets oneshotted by a fucking Gigan like in the MSG original final episode.

Easily my favorite battle from this season thus far, dismayed at the result but it was to be expected. Also, yea, we are so getting another season of GBF Try.
