Yup, Xenogears is amazing. I remember being 12 or 13 years old and constantly playing the demo over and over until the game released. Full of nostalgia...love the game, characters, story, music, and definitely one of my favorite games ever made.
In regards to the controls...it now feel amazing to me. Never would I have thought that holding the L trigger to zoom in would be for me for a Halo game, but it actually works really well. Just have to get used to it...not to mention that you can also change it if you wish.
The music in Halo 5 is absolutely incredible.
And I agree. I love having unique landscapes for multiplayer maps. This is primarily the main thing I loved back in Halo 2 and 3. They had snow, desert, forerunner, jungle/forest, covenant, city, and more maps to change the atmosphere and diversity of multiplayer. I know you said Warzone is probably not going to be something you'll be playing but man...it looks awesome. It's the only game type (and forge) that I haven't played yet. Everyone I talked to who has played it (E3, early press access) has said they've LOVED it...and they are competitive freaks themselves. One of the Warzone maps availble is a snowy map... I wouldn't be surprised if we get one for arena too. The more I play some of the maps, the more I start to appreciate them.
