With such a high TTK compared to games like like COD some fights turn out to be a really thrilling cat and mouse. I was thinking how much better some of these fights would be with smoke thrown into the mix. You’d see some insane ninja moves and surprise flanks.

It is a custom game with usable abilities while holding the flag and grenade knockback significantly raised so he can launch the hog across the map.

This Mint Blitz guy is lame because he uses mods and custom checkpoints in MCC to create these trick shots to fool people. This video is titled "This Is Halo Infinite" but it's just some shit only possible by putting specific settings on in custom games. I've seen him fake some videos by using the flying skull in MCC and pass it off as legit too.

The optimisation is insane as well. I have a 5 year old GTX 1060 and I can run all the non-GPU settings at Ultra and still get a locked 70fps. All texture and CPU related settings are set to Ultra and it's smooth as butter. Solid engine.

it's literally not an issue in the MCC where it is 100% accurate. they just change shit for the sake of it.
last flight people loved the instant fire out of sprint and the slide jumping and the potential for cool trick jumps it gives. THIS FLIGHT THEY REMOVED BOTH... these devs suck, they have to fucking get their shitty incompetent hands off of Halo and fuck off do some shitty narrative driven game, where no game design talent is needed.

I think you need to calm down a little bit man, it's really not that serious. .. You seem to be in the vast minority of people that have issues with Infinite. The fact that you say Splitgate is better than any 343 Halo, let alone Halo Infinite ruins any credibility you have. Splitgate is a fun game, but not even in the same realm as Infinite...

What's everyone's thoughts on why Thruster wasn't in the beta? (for those of you who don't know a glitch caused it to show up in a few games so it exists, just wasn't included in beta).

Was it simply not ready in time? Or maybe so they can fine tune the PR of it a little more, considering how much shit advanced movement got in H5? I find it curious that one of the biggest gameplay-affecting pieces of equipment wasn't made available for testing. It seems like the sort of thing that they would really want feedback on. There are so many variables that will probably need optimisation - cool down time, respawn time, velocity curve, chainability etc.

Couple days since the Flight is over and im going through Halo Infinite withdrawal.
Finally, FINALLY we have a worth successor to Halo 3's mp. It took 14 years. I still think Infinite is a touch too fast and chaotic for my specific tastes but theres no denying its something new and fresh - yet still feels like Halo. I can accept learning the new gameplay.

Tried playing Halo 5 last night and Infinite simply destroys that game. Halo 5's maps are 100% shit - all of them. That midship remake is one of the worst maps in history and it comes up every other game.
