I did browse in store and found the game with the Install option even when i had the installed game, it was prompting me to install another 45 GB but that second installation went to 59GB instead, so I decided to delete my current installation and download again, you should do that too

Xbox never updated the patch for me. Had to uninstall, restart and amazingly the update is found.

Is anyone else having difficulty getting the Content Update to download? I have even tried keeping my system in Instant On with Auto Updates checked and still nothing. Just sitting at 45.6GB still and not installing anything. This is annoying, I want the update to be installed before the game launches.

Mine is fully patched and it shows 59.1GB total size when I go to "Manage." If you were meaning what it said as it was updating, that I'm not too sure of. It was done when I got up this morning.

People keep saying that, but as is it wouldn't even be possible on Xbox One. While on 360 patches are merely loaded on top of the game, on Xbox One patches actually update and replace relevant files from the base game. Meaning that if you were to download the patch before installing the game, the game's installation would overwrite many of the patch files, which obviously wouldn't do any good. Microsoft would have to update the Xbox OS to be able to manage those files when installing games and patches in reverse order. And of course there's the fact that Microsoft would have to build a system for manually downloading patches as well as being able to manage them independently from the game itself. All of this could happen eventually given the ever growing amount of day one patches of ever growing sizes, but obviously it's not happening next in the next 96 hours, so I would say there is a "reason not to".

It could in theory, but again Microsoft would actually have to develop the relevant features to handle that process first.

I just bought a bunch of gift card codes online which meant I got the digital copy for ~£40.

This is a collection you want instant access to, digital is the way to go.

Im UK-based. Honestly, its not worth the effort. Best I would of made off it was 35 quid, ill live.

Besides, ive already bought 2k15.

Just hope I can get some fun out these games. It is 40 ish hours of gameplay after all (not touching online).
