Hard to tell, but that screen doesn't look like the view through a visor. I'm more disappointed by that.
I'm fine with it if movement isn't slowed down (I think people should let others know what their problem is with ADS instead of just stating that ADS is terrible, especially when a lot still don't seem to know what it stands for. I don't hate it, but am not a fan of the detriment to movement, the disabling of accurate hip-fire and aggressive auto-aim that typically is coupled with it).
One thing that I've never really understood is the argument that it is closer to shooting a real gun with ADS. If you are looking into a scope, sure. But if you just take a gun with standard sights, the world doesn't zoom in slightly for you when you aim (I get what they are going for, but realism is not really part of it).
What I'd like to see is the return to the view appearing even more like you are looking through a visor. I find that more immersive.
I feel indifferent about sprint, but would like additional movement options. If I can fire during those movement options, even better.
Seems to me like they are trying to cater to a wide swath of people. There is MCC to pull in a lot of the legacy players which gives them some freedom to keep pushing on 5 in the way that they want, and eventually 6.
Having the beta so early with 5 will be interesting. I wonder if there could be enough of a push back to make them reconsider, although arguments about why it isn't needed or how it affects gameplay negatively seem more useful than just 'it's not halo'.
