Just finished a game on Ridgeline where some motherfucker got a Red Menace. He used almost exclusively the laser and died not even once.

Being the Warthog guy, that was probably the least fun game I have ever played.

Especially because we were running in to the base with the flag when the game ended.

I think if you could send out a Hologram while you are holding the objective, and your Hologram was holding the objective it would be great, instead I only see morons get fooled by hologram.

It's okay because in H4 the armor is an all in one AA.

Thrusters, Sprint Dash, Armor Lock Shielding, Hologram Projection and Evade Dodgeroll.

Bungie removed Hologram from all objective gametypes where you can hold an object in one of the updates.. maybe there's a bug with it that they never really brought up? It was strange when they did it in either case.

* Evade has replaced Hologram for all gametypes in which players can hold objects (CTF, Assault, Stockpile, Oddball)

Wasn't there at one point a glitch where a Hologram could pick up an objective? I think they talked about it before the Beta... Maybe it wasn't properly fixed?

I gave him the suggestion of contact Frankles/MS about getting DLC codes to get rid of their whole credit card issue, so hopefully the first.

It's more of a latency thing. You only have a few frames to do it and fluctuating connection quality from game to game can throw off that timing.

Not gonna lie though, once you learn the sword block timing, it's pretty awesome to block and swap to the DMR for the two shot kill. But it's a power weapon that is fought over and it should be treated as such. Reduce the ammo count from 10 successful swings to 5 if it's too overpowered, if that's even possible.

From what I remember on Bnet (and I remember Bnet far too well), he had this cabal of tools who kept playtesting the broken classic gametypes long after the playlist failed.

He did a really good Lockout remake though, I'll give him that.

Don't change the controller at all please, or at least make sure to keep supporting it.

I'm glad you explained what it was. I had seen your original post and asked a friend who's been here longer than me, "What's a wing fling?" then I saw this post and answered my own question!

I wonder if halo 4 will actually have dedicated servers. It would be great I all top games used them in a way like gears does now. (p2p as backup.

I really want to see the Halo Universe go in new directions, while we have some books and such, I want to see it get larger like the Star Wars Universe (EPISODE 1 TONIGHT SO HYPE).

I want to see the governments, I want to see the civilians, the cities.

I want to know more.

I wouldn't doubt that MS is looking at ATLAS statistics to see how people react to in-game Halo information on a secondary screen. Fits in with them using Reach as a test bed.

Does anyone here have knowledge about the US patent system? How come Apple can enforce copyright on all kinds of features, yet in these cases with Nintendo- PS Move, and this 720 rumor - it's okay?

I could care less about the integrity and whatnot, it just confuses me. Was dual analog ever protected by patent?
