LOL. At some point, there had to have been a meeting where a person or a group of persons put forward the ideas of BR spread, bloom, and more 5-shot kills, and instead of being fired on the spot, their ideas were implemented.

Nah, these people are always around. They're the same ones who were fellating Bungie during the Reach beta and during the lead up to release, and then they moan because the game didn't turn out the way they want. Do I think bitching will make 343 change one thing about Halo 4? Nope, but I'd rather do it than sit there and go "gee wilikers, this news sounds interesting, it could be good, or it could be bad, I dunno!"

Other than that things sound pretty nice, but I really wish they just went with recoil rather than bloom.. It really is one mechanic I don't like..maybe its less unpredictable now?

I still got 4 shot kills but definitely not as much as I did in MLG because MLG increased the weapon damage.
edit: Frank any other Halo 4 play time events in NY?
I wish I could something new (and positive) but so far Halo 4 MP sounds like it's the opposite of Batman so I really can't.

I see no problem with bloom back. DMR has to be different than the BR. And bloom is perfect for it. And according to Killa's preview, it is different. So I can live with it. I'm going to adapt it.

I'm not exactly sure why he got those tickets but I don't know where you got that idea from lol. I didn't get that from it at all. I thought the tickets were from Cartman to get Kyle out of the picture so Tolken and Nichole can get together. That's my theory.

All I know is that with both the DMR and BRs being on the field I'm going to be oh so more hesitant about breaking out the trusty jetpack.

Well they need the Denver Nuggets because the show takes place in Colorado. Why they picked to face the clippers I don't know (Blake Griffin looked hilarious). They're both Playoff teams this year so I'm not sure that's the reason. But, they are historically "bad" teams. In the 90's the Denver Nuggets were pretty fucking bad. That seemed to change when they got Carmelo. They made the playoffs but never went that far. I'm rambling about basketball now lol, sorry.

Speaking of jetpack, I am slowly preparing myself for 343i to announce that fall damage is back to help balance it out. Unless they found a way to make fall damage only happen when you have the jetpack that would be awesome.

No, that's what I wanted to know. I stopped following basketball a few years ago since none of the tv channels over here care about it so I have no idea of which team is bad or not.

I know it's Gaf, but damn. I haven't heard of one person who has played the game that said they were worried about all the controversial things we've read about. They all say it plays great and every time we read something that sounds concerning, someone who's played the game (or worked on the game) jumps in soothes the nerves. I know it won't work with everyone, but from what I've seen here (and in various other communities), the guys who are most vocal about how they hate something they read about in Halo 4 end up being ok after being talked down off the ledge with some clarifications here and there.
As soon as we start getting some videos, nerves will calm for most and we'll be stoked, yes stoked, to get our hands on it.
Can't wait to *see* more.
