Adrift's problem so far is that it seems to be needing more players.
Which is kinda worrying... I don't think indoor BTB maps really work well (BTB=vehicle combat) and 6v6 maps don't fit anywhere in Halo really.

They said Adrift is one of the 'smaller' maps in the game, they obviously think 8 players on that map is sufficient.

Based on the MLG game, it looks like it needs more people. True, they didn't know the maps beforehand... but still.
The creative mode is I think. $20 if you want the good stuff

Adrift's problem is its too dark.
Without some major additions to light sources or a complete rework on the lighting on that map its going to be hard to see people without ProVis

It does not. Why? If you watch the MLG videos again, you will notice how fast they run into an encounter after spawn. It definitely does not need more players.
It seems a little dated to have a 2010 National Championship logo going into the 2013 season, no?
IMO it didn't look right, a lot of the space didn't seemingly get any use. Maybe it is better for 2-flag and neutral bomb?

Ah, well, don't really care either way, the map doesn't have vehicles...
Hopefully Halo 4 will have 4v4/5v5 maps with vehicles like Halo 2 and 3 did

You forgot that Sprint is a permanent ability now. Maps need to have more open spaces.

Yes.
I'd take spiritual remakes over complete remakes of maps.
I.e Avalanche, Guardian etc.

Is that not obvious? Remakes will not work with Halo 4's standard gameplay. Those maps were designed for their gameplay; not for Halo 4's. You have to look at Anniversary's remakes: Even their adjust version does not work well with Reach's gameplay. Best example is Prisoners. It is awful to play because of jetpack etc. Seriously. It is a nightmare to play. On the other hand even Reach's on-disc maps do not work well with Reach's features.
At the end I do not want to have any remakes in Halo 4. Those remakes will destroy the precious memories I had. Give me original maps. Edit.: Or like Elzar said.

Any map is going to work with the sandbox. The issue is AA's and sprint. If both can be disabled then id have zero objection to adding H2 + H3 maps into the fold.

I'll see if the second story of my house is no longer the center of the fucking sun. If so, sounds great.
It's kinda insane that there are 4.5x more people there than my whole country (NZ)... I'd be surprised if it wasn't dirty in places

Sorry, but Sanctuary and The Pit are better than all of the Reach maps combined.

I have the same problem where i live. Second story of a duplex without a separate AC unit for upstairs. My room just bakes during the day. Might as well advertise a sauna and try and make some money off of it.
