BUNGIE! UNFUCK THE DMR!!! THANK YOU!

that video is great, I also found going into a round and just shooting walls for a while helped a ton. 3. Guys on the other team quit, so I had time to play.soldat7 said:This vid helped me a ton. I started getting kills with the pistol and DMR, and even lost a little bit of weight!
The video settings are not resetting for me (I have it at +1 brightness), but the audio is, but I think that's because the xbox 360 voice settings overrides the changes at each boot.Church RvB said:Sweet. Thanks Luke. Also.....
Expected: Selecting 'Team and Party' under Matchmaking Voice option will not reset back to default on next boot.
Actual: Audio/Video setting resets back to default.
Am I doing it right?

What gametype are you playing the most?Thagomizer said:At first, I really sucked at Reach, but I'm getting better at it than I ever was at H3.

Most of these games were by myself with randoms.

I need to get one of these, along with a bunch of stuff. Are there any nice headsets that could double as nice headphones? Or should I try using a headset and headphones?darkressurection said:Man I got my Tritton AX720 headset that I ordered and I see a huge improvement in my play already. So much easier to hear your surroundings. Felt really good about my Arena matches today.

I am pretty sure Auto Aim has been significantly reduced from what is was in Halo 3... Correct me with I am wrong.Plywood said:

Nice to see you dropping the AR, even if it's for a Hammer.GhaleonEB said:

So yeah. Anyway obviously I'm not a Bungie employee, but I figured I'd pass it on via here since I know how much you Bungie guys here love feedback. And that dude speaks for hundreds of thousands of people. I'll let him know his message is getting to the attention it deserves.

There is a lot less auto-aim in this than the other Halos.Plywood said:

I almost want the auto tracking removed from the plasma launcher, it's annoying how it'll seek out people only to end up hitting a knee high wall I was trying to fire over.Plywood said:

What?dslgunstar said:The fact that the reticule bloom has more of an effect on an unshielded opponent than a shielded one is laughable. Poor game design.
I don't see how my request for no auto-aim is equal to asking for mouse and keyboard. But I know you were being silly so w/e.Tashi0106 said:Yea seriously. How come there isn't an option for keyboard and mouse either!??!
It seems like you instigated the reaction. Pretty classy from both of you.cluto said:So adorable.

Cant you fire it without tracking by just pulling the trigger and not holding it?Son of Godzilla said:I almost want the auto tracking removed from the plasma launcher, it's annoying how it'll seek out people only to end up hitting a knee high wall I was trying to fire over.

Four shots anywhere on the body will take off shields.dslgunstar said:Four shots will always drop the shields of an enemy. Doesnt matter how wide the reticule is. Always.
Suddenly the enemies shields go down, and those shots that were landing a nanosecond earlier are missing due to a magical increase in shot spread.
Poor game design.
I wouldn't call it poor game design, it's just how bloom works. If you wait a second after your 4th shot the reticle goes back to normal. I think it adds a little more depth, making you think about how you are playing more.dslgunstar said:Four shots will always drop the shields of an enemy. Doesnt matter how wide the reticule is. In the end I don't think it would matter, eventually people would adjust accordingly and get better. I have had moments where I'm shooting a person and then his teammate would be passing by and drag my reticle off the person I was shooting. Granted, these moments are/where few, they've also happened to me in H2 & H3. Just having the option wouldn't hinder anyone.Karrl1z4j2 said:dude you have no idea how important the assist is on a console shooter
turn on H3, go to team slayer and try to betray without using melee. That's what it feels like without auto aim.
Haha, sorry dude, but no. My friends and I played a game of Slayer and won; I had gotten a lot of kills. Then I get this message:godhandiscen said:It seems like you instigated the reaction. Pretty classy from both of you.
