Yeah. It's like spawning with eight more grenades and a large-area remote detonation EMP machine. What's not to love?Kapura said:In invasion, it's pretty much the best spawn weapon evar. It effectively destroys the effectiveness of any vehicle, and it can be used to stop the slow-moving core carrier dead in his tracks.
Screenshots really lose a lot of the color contrast for some reason. They're not as rich.Letters said:Except for the jaggies, it actually looks better ingame for me. Everything is so more vibrant and sharp, and then when I press the Photo button and it cleans it up and becomes all washed out and pops less.
Speaking of screenshots...I was planning on doing a lot of picture stories during the Beta, but I'm just not having any moments that warrant then. And I'm not sure why. Lots of spectacular looking moments, but a picture or two do for that. But I haven't had one of those "this crazy thing happened and I barely survived and then did THIS and then..." which is what I spent so much time documenting in Halo 3.
I'm still not sure why yet. I think it's because close encounters end so fast thanks to the grenades, and the health system means I survive encounters less often. But there just haven't been that many memorable moments in the games I've played, and that stands at sharp contrast to Halo 3.
