Nah, these kids were actually cheating. We played them twice in a row in CTF on the Pit and TS on Amplified. In the first game, each time we would get the flag to our side, about to score, one of them would "hit the lag switch" and put two of our players into black screen. Then in the second game, they immediately lagged out one of our players, making it a 2 on 3 match, which Tashi and I lost by only 5 kills. Tashi has video footage of both of these games, so hopefully a Bungie employee can do something about it.bobs99 ... said:By the way backflip ive heard a lot of people complaining about cheating recently and I just dont see it. What actually happened, if it was just lag, if you havent played the game in ages it might just seem really laggy because of the difference between 30 fps and the 60 fps from CoD, my first few days of Halo after playing CoD solid seemed unplayable :lol
If thats the problem stick with it, when you get used to it, it seems smooth again.
And I don't really know if it's lag, or what because my bullets just don't seem to do any damage. Like I know I'll be shooting someone because my reticule is on their body, but even from a mid-range distance, the bullets don't seem to do damage. I've played tons of FPS games online on my 360 and Halo's bullet registration/lag factor is by far the worst; it's even worse than MW2's (which can be pretty horrendous at times).
