Harrison Ford returns as Indiana Jones in new movie in 2023

What the hell is woke about 3:10 to Yuma or Logan? lol

Both great movies... never see Ford v Ferrari tho.

What in the world is "woke" about any of those movies? Haha

Some of you guys are just so lost.

It's a joke because someone is bound to come in here posting some bullshit YouTube video claiming that Indy is being replaced by Phoebe Waller-Bridge's character. Who is rumored to be a reporter/journalist related to Brody.

added a /s for people who didn't get it.

Didnt see Logan or F v F, but 3:10 to Yuma was a shit movie. Possibly the worst western I've seen. Never saw the original movie so I cant compare quality or plot adjustments, but what a stinker.

The final scene was literally a video game shootout like Matrix 3.

At 66 years old he was terrible in Crystal Skull in 2009.

If he's the lead (and it's not a bait and switch other characters have big parts in the movie), I cant wait to see 80 year old Ford whipping and running.
I genuinely thought you was exaggerating, so I googled and checked his age and holy cow he is 79!

I hate old Ford. He's become a charmless, boring, grumpy old man. Don't think I have enjoyed a movie he has been in since the 90s.

John Williams is gonna score it, along with an untitled Spielberg film.
He says 4 Indiana Jones films were enough for him, but since Harrison Ford can still do it (while being 78 and younger than John Williams), then why not he, into the bargain.

Indy 5 is supposed to be his final film score. But he gave himself an out if Spielberg asked him to do another because he can't say no to him as he considers him his little brother.

The Spielberg movie isn't untitled. It's the Fabelmans, and it comes out in November. Williams is recording the score either this month or next after he does a couple concerts. Then he does the Hollywood Bowl in September, and then records Indy.

At some point it's ok to let franchises die, do something new.
Last one was horrible and I can't say I'm hyped for 125 years old Harrison Ford to play the action hero

From the TV show Fleabag, and Lando's droid in Solo.

Originally she was going to write it back when Spielberg was directing. So when that happened the outrage-for-monetized-views crowd on YouTube invented elaborate headcanon plots where she was replacing Harrison Ford in the movie and thus it's super woke.

But then Spielberg dropped out (likely due to the Nazi angle and how he doesn't want to make "cartoon Nazis" after Schindler's List), and they brought in Mangold who decided to re-write the script himself. Of course those channels forget to mention that element of reality in their rants for YouTube revenue.

Can always count on someone to crack on Harrison Ford's age when the majority of us will be lucky to see his age, much less be as physically capable as he.

And I doubt he'll dial it in.

I'm beginning to wonder if you are one of those guys with how much you talk about them. Gary? That you?
