I don't think they'll look different.

Kutaragi was so anal about the screen that he wouldn't sacrifice the screen size by even a few millimeters for one of the buttons.

I doubt the new PSP screens would look significantly different and still get Kutaragi's stamp of approval.

Did Sony not go on record and say that they have not and will not change the PSP screens? Or was that another bs rumour too? It would be quite a nice surprise if the early adopters ended up with better hardware in the end :lol

Works for me Although it would be nice if someday the screen was replaced with one with a better response time...

Not sure about videos. They may look pretty good on SP or DS - the refresh rate seems fairly good.
