Alright you scrubs, who is going to be the first to give us poor people a webm of Diva 2 so we can see how the game is in delicious 60fps?
Unfortunately, it's been two years since we've seen a 60fps entry to the series.Alright you scrubs, who is going to be the first to give us poor people a webm of Diva 2 so we can see how the game is in delicious 60fps?
Is this just speculation or was something announced when I wasn't looking?
Sorry if this has been posted....
Just bought PDF for Vita (I imported it a year or two ago, sold it, and just bought the English version last night). Much better being able to read the menus, ha. I must say, I have missed Summer Idol - favorite song ever. It doesn't hurt that Miku and Rin are adorable together in that song!
That said, when is PDF2 coming to US PSN? Oh, and is there a songlist?
Since they have no plans to bring over the 3DS games do I need to get both or does the second game have the same songs as the first?
Thanks![]()
The tracklists are completely different.
He's referring to the 3ds games. For those, all of the tracks from the first game are in the second game (and about 30 new ones).
Just verifying, Sega said that both the Vita and PS3 were getting physical releases in the US for F 2nd right?
Really hoping they manage to have English-translated subtitles for the songs this time around. I'm fine without them, but my friends would be more likely to enjoy the games with subtitles.
Yep, both physical.
As SEGA doesn't own the lyrics, they don't have the rights to translate them. It was mentioned on schlew's interview with Sam Mullen a couple of pages back.
F 2nd is the second game from this team, which was formed specifically for f/F from what I can gather. The three PSP entries were developed by Dingo, who haven't been involved since (though they're doing that Persona 4 rhythm game coming out later this year in Japan). Arcade and the three Dreamy Theater releases were done by Sega AM2, who have been doing arcade games for decades now.I've come to believe everyone I used to love during the sega arcade era who still works there is on this dev team...5 sweet games and counting
Been playing project diva F2nd for the past 2 days, and I'm overall really enjoying it despite being stuck on two songs, the ones being almost in slow-motion... I'm finding it hard to play songs with low BPM. Also, it is only me or all vocaloids changed voices..
I felt the same way at first and yeah, you tend not to notice at all after awhile. I still wish the menu stuff at least was sharper in the Vita version. Can anyone with f 2nd say whether it's improved at all in that regard?I was pissed at how blurry everything is in f at first, but after playing it for a bit (almost all songs unlocked), I've gotten used to it and I actually feel kinda bad for getting so upset over it.
Would you guys say the DLC songs are worth it? Sweet Devil is a favorite song of mine but I'm still not sure.

Nice, that looks heaps better than the original f. The menus and characters in menu stuff are the most offensively blurry in the original anyway, the actual background videos aren't all that bad. If they're even improved slightly as well it'll be even better.Supposedly, everything except the background videos is native-ish. Looks super sharp. For example:
I'm on the Diva room now, is something broken with mine or is it just because I'm Level 1 with the characters? Basically when I touch them to intereact, they instantly hold a look to their left so I have to redirect their face to me to pet them or even access the menu

^Senbonzakura is amazing. Shame the best grade I can get in extreme is Great. Way too difficult for me =/:
What version are you playing? Vita or PS3?
Something that might help: Touch and slide gently your finger/cursor. Also, don't forget that you can give gifts to raise your affection points.
Here, this might help too: projectdiva.wikispaces.com/DIVA+Room+(ƒ![]()

EDIT: So apparently it happens half the time when I go to the Diva room and it's my vita itself. Whenever I first open it up and tap them for the closeup, they instantly look away and I can't tap them so it becomes almost impossible to open up the menu. Oh well, that's a shame
Oh gawd, I finally beat all of the songs on hard in f. Negaposi Continues' chart was not crafted by mortal hands. Going to take a few days off before I attempt Extreme.
Sounds like a problem with your Vita inputs =/. Is that the only place where it causes you troubles?
Negaposi is nasty in places, though still doable to pass with an Excellent. Can't even begin to think how bad it'll be in extreme =/
For a lot of people here this is nothing special at all but for me this is my first perfect ever.

It might be an easy song but I'm so proud right now xD
I have yet to ever get a Perfect in any Extreme song. I don't even understand how some of the ultra-fast repeat notes can even be achievable by a human being. You guys must be cyborgs or something.
Alternate tapping makes it relatively easy.
Every time I tried that, I just got worse results. I simply can't follow the rhythm when using both hands.
