yup. it's all about getting in your head so that when you need that product then you'll think of them first.
example: when i got my first car and needed insurance where did i go? compare the market. why? because for years i had been seeing their adverts on TV and the meerkats were cute and funny. it was the first thing to come to mind when i thought of car insurance.
