Too scary?No Thanks.
I don't know that I am into sports body horror. Not my thing.Too scary?
Thought this was directed by Peele but turns out he's just producing which is nice as personally i think his stuff has been getting progressively worse.
Anyway looks interesting enough.
Suprised it isn't called They.Thought this was gonna be a sequel to the movie Her
Suprised it isn't called They.
I'll stick it on the list lol.![]()
looks like covers it all imoI wonder if this will try to tackle (heh heh) too many issues (pressure to perform, TBI from collisions, PEDs in sports, etc) to deliver a consistent experience, versus just going for shocking visuals and a surreal atmosphere.
Don't bother, it's atrocious. Not a half bad set up but it's just boring, preachy, and not a very satisfying ending.I'll stick it on the list lol.
Yeah was just a jest.Don't bother, it's atrocious. Not a half bad set up but it's just boring, preachy, and not a very satisfying ending.
Maybe, but I think there's a bit too much info in the trailer not sure I have to see it now. Looks like a typical millennial topical/trauma horror-lite.I'm really looking forward to this. I'm not that big a fan of Peele when it comes to his movies and I know he just produced this but this looks way more interesting than the movies he made
Dirk -- you of all people -- that is no way to talk about Hollywood, now.Getting Midsomer vibes, maybe it's the photography. It looks interesting in that it looks different from the general slop that falls out of the protruded colon cavity that is hollywood.
I'll check it out through Streaming.
Times change and so have I.Dirk -- you of all people -- that is no way to talk about Hollywood, now.
Pity that it's not being well received. I still might go and see it if I get the chance but there's a few other things I want to watch at the moment and those reviews don't help its chances.PSA: looks like this stinks. Sat at 30% and getting panned.

I heard so many good things about this movie. I watched it last night and it's the dumbest shit I've ever seen"Produced by Jordan Peele" is quickly becoming a harbinger of bad-to-mediocre horror movies. Maybe that's why he was so pissed about losing the bidding war for Weapons - he could have finally had a great horror movie attached to his producer credit
Looked like it had potential at first, but multiple trailers have focused on the same sorts of moments--those xtreme training sessions with Marlon Wayans. Probably not enough to carry the premise.PSA: looks like this stinks. Sat at 30% and getting panned.

Yeah quite fancied it at first glance.Looked like it had potential at first, but multiple trailers have focused on the same sorts of moments--those xtreme training sessions with Marlon Wayans. Probably not enough to carry the premise.
Get Out was the only movie from this guy that was remotely good.
It was ok. About as subtle as a brick to the face with its messaging. Everything he's done since has been downhill.I really don't understand what's good about that either.
