It is called the Wideye. The sell them in gamestop. They look better a bunch less than the uglyass hip gear one. I have no idea about the quality though, I have not used it myself.

I'm just wondering why these companies haven't made Xbox controllers with better placement of the b/w/start/back buttons. Does MS need to approve it?

I saw that. It looks really useful.
Except in the magazine ads it shows a sergeant screaming into a walkie-talkie asking the private if he's still using a headset.
Seems a bit ironic having the seargeant using a walkie-talkie so close to his face.

As someone already mentioned, the cord is long enough. I see this going on sale real quick, but I wouldn't even buy it for 50 bucks to be honest.
