Horrifying MLB 17 Glitch(Trigger warning)

I'm just gonna come right out and say it: the second one disgusts me in a way that makes me want to stick my hands in it and feel how squishy and gross it is.

This and the Assassin's Creed Unity face glitch make scarier looking characters than any recent horror game.

Pretty sure this annihilates the Assassin's Creed glitch. This is pure visceral itchy body horror. I've never seen anything like it and I've seen some shit. Maybe some warped monstrosity from Junji Ito comes somewhat close, but still doesn't quite reach this.

Not too concerned with the player models as long as they can maintain 60 fps.

These guys found something unique, here, something truly heinous, something viscerally wrong. It sits just close enough to human-like while being clearly inhuman and wrong that it triggers deep revulsion.

I'm at once mesmerized and abhorred.

It's really something, isn't it? It's the accidental Mona Lisa of horror.

omg, that shit in VR would probably kill someone

Heart attacks left and right. Completion percentage for the game 0%.

Like I really do wonder how game with this level of body horror would do. Are there any boundaries devs have to adhere to? Or are they just not being creative enough at the moment? Because goddamn if I saw this coming at me in a VR game, hell a regular one, I'd probably put it down forever.

Have never seen anyone talk about The Show more than they have today because of this stuff. They should embrace the horror and add this shit into Diamond Dynasty. A Halloween themed event where you have to suit up 9 of these guys and are forced to listen to Harold Reynolds doing commentary.

The true horror.

Nightmare fuel and the video is fucking terrifying. I daren't go to sleep now. MLB The Show 17 will be the first M rated baseball game.

The picture + title + exerpt from article + people's reactions is fucking killing me, damn.

Though stuff like this I find funny more than disturbing.

I'm still itchy from this several minutes later lol

I've never had a physical reaction to an image on my screen like this. It's weaponized imagery. I always thought the idea of someone going completely batshit insane from a single alien image was a bit over the top, but maybe Lovecraft was drawing from some unspeakable reality.
