This money could be better spent elsewhere. What is this wall going to stop? They fly, use subs, and literally drive through the boarder crossing with the drugs. Another 12 billion for super low-ball, optimistic estimates, and that's mostly just for a school-yard-esque fence. Try another 25 billion or so for something more realistic. There are estimates that go as high as 70 billion total when all is said and done, too.
