How angry/irritable would you say you are on a day to day basis?

I haven't been able to leave work in almost 6 months, so I'm on the verge of tears or a rage at any given time.
 
Depends if i play a video game or Not. If i do i can be at almost 10 at times lol. Few things set me off as frustrating shit in games.

I lost a race in driveclub by .001 second after I led the whole way. I ended up having to buy a new DS4.

My last job I was always raged. I replaced 2 people and got terrible pay. I kept asking for a raise and they insulted me with a dollar an hour. So I walked out. They called me every day for 3 weeks wanting me back. Never went
 
Depends. Am I working? Then im fine, as long as I have a little caffeine.

When I come home after work I have a very short fuse. So I usually take a nap.

Then most of the time im high. so god help you if you catch me pre-nap but post work.
 
I see some exceptionally stupid people on a day to day basis that have unrealistic expectations of the service I provide so I'm always a little frazzled.
I'll give you an example:
I sell Cell Phones for a living. I work for a 3rd party Verizon Authorized retailer chain. I've been doing this for about 7 years. I'm very good at it and make a terrific living as a sales person. I am NOT free technical support, I am a commission salesman. Today I had a couple in their early 70's come in the store. I sold them a smart phone about a year ago. They fell victim to a ransomware scam on their computer and wanted me to help them. They literally brought their ancient ass desktop computer and monitor to my cell phone store and expected me to fix the problem. When I said that we didn't do that they said "Why not? I pay for Verizon service!!!" I say "You pay for our cellular services. We are not a tech support/repair shop." then I shit you not she says "Well I need to you go over all of my accounts to make sure they haven't been hacked." So at this point I'm rolling my eyes and I say "Okay ma'am, I can assist you with that, it isn't a service that Verizon offers but I will help you after work for $500."
"$500??? This should be FREE!"
"Why?
"Because I have Verizon!"

This woman has existed for 70 years and that she hasn't been run over by a bus yet is frankly a miracle. So yeah I've been in a testy mood all day since.

These days? Probably something around an 8.5-9 out of 10. Anxiety from all the covid stuff mixed with being a T1 diabetic, anger at life, just feel like everything sucks these days.
 
It's definately higher than 5 that's for sure. I suspect my high carb (bread, pasta, rice..) no alcohol diet is negatively affecting my mood.

I think things have improved here but also so has my mindset. I will never agree with the style of moderation here simply because it in some ways relies on the users to call out and even at times bully people into stop being shit heads. But not my site and not my job to moderate and dictate how it goes. So I have adapted my attitude on here to be more playful in attempt to simply be more friendly to my mental health as well as shutting down the shit heads here.

I think the mods have done a much better job recently but maybe thats simply because I have stopped caring as much. Eventually the people who are shit heads will push to far and get banned, but I still think they get too much leeway a lot of times. That too does appear to be changing though as many threads were getting muddied up by people and a firmer hand has been laid down. Which I do appreciate.

I wouldn't of been someone to engage with people personally on the internet and be in stuff like Meta Gaf but I have that I need to embrace the silly people. I am usually the silly person who is trying to get everyone to chill the fuck out and not take things so seriously but I have found that on GAF thats just not gonna happen. So instead I have found myself posting dumb shit in threads like that. The Power Rangers team was a highlight for me.

1/10- easy going, happy and positive
2/10- be careful what I read while enjoying my coffee or on the toilet
3/10- stepped in vomit. stay quiet and busy, shit happens!
4/10- still reasonable but the happiness is fading
5/10- quiet. please don't touch the glass
6/10- sarcastic. well, more than usual
7/10- sneering, unreasonable thoughts
8/10- dagger eyes
9/10- razor words
10/10- break shit

While not at work 1 to 2 would be average. Workdays 3.7 is probably the average however this year? Workdays are probably averaging 4.6 .
 
9 work at Walmart and heard from coworkers a female worker came to work with Covid-19 thinking she had a cold,and mangers havnt said shit,we had to clean the area she was in with bleach.

a few years ago i was a wound up 8 or 9/10.. and noticing how bad it was i started taking steps to try and reduce it.

I first stopped reading politics. The idiocy of the left made me more and more frustrated by the day(considered myself liberal). ignorance is bliss.. I started to again recently but was soon reminded why i stopped. The world has gone to hell, Fuck i miss the 90's and early 2000's..

Next i moved a block from work, The commute ended up being a large part of it, Being stuck in traffic each morning and afternoon drove me mad and would take it out on others. Now with the pandemic its been pure heaven working from home.

years ago i switched to vaping instead of smoking weed daily, I soon discovered that was also part of it. I moved back to smoking flower and the difference was substantial.



After these changes i am now a comfortable 3-4....
 
My range is basically 1, 2, 3......8, 9, 10. I don't really have 4, 5, 6 & 7. Chilled optimist 95% of the time and then bam, throw the switch and fucked off completely.
 
Depends, I am working in customer support, so my bar is pretty low to rage from time to time, just too many dumb fucks trying to tell me how to do my job while they never ever worked as a wholesaler in their god damn lifes. Karens, old people who think I owe them shit and so on.

0 - 4. Some days it's a 4-7 if the kids are pushing buttons, but that's what kids do. If I see others slacking at work I sometimes spike but then I remind myself that careers are jokes and almost everyone is lazy.

Used to get angry and would sit and seethe. Ate up my time and opened the door to bad compensatory behaviors, i.e. on some bad work days I would buy a fresh pack of cigs on the way home + beer. Then I would sit for 3 hours on my back porch, and smoke/drink it all while verbally talking myself through all the garbage I'd shoveled that day and how I was going to keep the department on the rails the next day.
 
When I don't read the news 2 / 10, if I read or listen to some youtube videos on all the crazy shit that is happening, a 6 / 10.
 
It takes some effort to get me riled up.. I'm mostly 1-3, but boy when I get fired up it'll last all day.

1-3 mildly annoyed, light complaining
4-6 passive aggressive responses
7-9 you're getting an ass chewing
10, I berate you like the little retard you are
11, your entire family gets to watch a live stream of me verbally assaulting you until you piss yourself

My patience for stupidity used to be much higher but these days as I encounter more and more idiots on the daily, it's becoming nonexistent.

I have to agree, I was pretty calm until I get into relationship and sometimes shit is really hard. My hard-ass posts which appears sometimes in here, directly correlate with situation in the household.
