Argh I remember the Street Fighter movie; as a kid it pissed me off. Not because of bad acting or just generally the movie sucking...but for the fact the two coloured characters did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

WTF were they thinking making Dhalsim a doctor, and Deejay some weak ass skinny black dude! And neither of them even fought in the damn movie.

I caught a glimpse at SF2: The Movie a couple weeks ago on TV, and it's surprisingly better than I remember it. A lot of cheesy shit going on, and nonsensical plot twists (we're having a missiong briefing inside this heavily guarded military base -- oh shit, someone's in this heavily guarded room shooting at us somehow. WTF?), but not too bad.

I'm pretty sure Tron was only listed because of the words game-related. In that sense, Tron is an accurate answer, as it is game-RELATED in that it's set... well you get the idea.
