As above. Doing some area calculations and I need to get WORD to push the 2

in 300 m2 up... how do you do that?

Are you talking about doing super or subscript? If so highlight the character, go to the format menu, choose fonts, box that opens will have lots of options... check superscript.

Even better, you can just highlight the appropriate text and press Ctrl-= for subscript, and Ctrl-Shift-= for superscript.
