It’s a transformer that doesn’t transform. It looks cool, but I would consider it if it transformed. I have been looking at some Macros mecha toys and they have the proportions right, a lot of detail and can transform.

I think if the Bay movies had followed this direction, very few fans would have complained. It's a good update for live action without going too far.
