Depends on a couple of factors:
What video game am I playing? - Is it a lengthy Coop session in Dark Souls then I will hold it in until I can't even chug estus without breaking my bladder before going. Is it a puzzle game I need that bladder empty to focus. Good luck figuring out the last levels of The Talos Principle if you really need to take a piss!
Also if I am watching a movie I refuse to take a break to pee, this make it a horrible thing for me to drink beer and watch lenghty films, I have however obtained the perk "steel bladder" by now thanks to it.

Far too long, but I have to drink loads of water generally so I try to "consolidate my pees" lol probably one of the reasons I have kidney stones, this reminds me I need to get an xray done actually.
Fuck knows when I'll be able to have that done since its not very high-priority. Maybe should go private if I can.

I probably pee every hour when I'm working. Sometimes its a long piss, sometimes its a short piss and I could've held it in longer. I prefer to empty the tank at regular intervals. Definitely unload one more time before I have to make a long trip where I won't have access to a bathroom & I minimize my liquid consumption/movement until I near the end of the trip.
