The console and Zelda Special Edition for now. Might add bomberman to it. So prob $370ish + tax. (Got 20% for Best Buy program for the game)

Actual launch day: $0

I'm waiting until hopefully the summer or fall to get one. I've gotta save some extra money up first. As it currently stands, this is what I want to grab then:

Switch: $300
Zelda: $60
Mario Kart 8: $60
128 GB MicroSD: $40?

That's almost $500 including taxes. That MicroSD might can wait a bit since the Switch's library will likely be small this year, and I have some smaller ones if I need one in a pinch. I'll hold out on other accessories for a while longer unless I really need a second controller.

Unless you need the dpad yall should wait and see on the pro. $70 is a lot and I played 20 minutes of Zelda with joycons in a grip and it felt just fine.

Was going to be zero, but who knows now.

I picked up a pair of pre-orders at Walmart today (their limit), so I'm in for $600. I know I'm getting Zelda, and my son will probably want a copy for himself. I think one copy of bomberman and 1,2 Switch should be plenty good, and a pair of SD cards.

IDK $900? If I'm feeling it, I might pick up a pro-controller too.

£245 console, £40 for Zelda plus whatever the spare joy-cons turn out to be minus VAT. (seem to be placeholders at the mo on amazon UK, as they were with WiiU accessories before launch).

idk yet. I haven't decided whether I'm keeping the preorder.

If I do, 300 dollars for the console, $48 dollars for zelda after GCU.

Day One? Urgh, this is going to be hard to admit to myself.

399.99$ CDN - Switch Console, Grey Joy-Cons
79.99$ CDN - Zelda

479.98

* 13% tax in Ontario...
= $542.38

...God, I hate myself/Nintendo.

I've traded in my Xbone S and a couple games and have $150 left to pay for the Switch and ZEldar (wtf is up with my autocorrect). I'll buy a pro controller if I can find them so $220 total real money.

As of now just the console (gray), Zelda Special Edition, and a Pro Controller. If Bomberman and Snipperclips are ready I'll grab them depending on price.

Unless the Wii U version of BotW is demonstrated to be dramatically worse than the Switch version, I'm not spending anything on the Switch.

The Wii U was a pretty major burn for me. Splatoon was the only game that surprised me like Nintendo used to do so much more.

Console, Zelda and pro controller. Although I'll probably only be spending $100 to $150 of my own money thanks to some store credit.

I also plan on getting another joy con and the charging grip whenever Mario Kart or another good multiplayer game releases. I'll wait on the sd card until I'm low on storage. I'll probably get Mario Kart, PuyoPuyo Tetris and SF II digitally and 32gb should be enough for those... hopefully. Maybe prices will be a bit lower by then too.

Already preordered:
Neon Switch
Extra Neon Joy-Cons
Charging Grip
Zelda SE
1, 2 Switch
For $580ish I believe

Probably still gonna grab a screen protector and pro controller when they become available, however, so maybe $80 more? Possibly a microSD card too once snipperclips drops.

I've been budgeting for this thing for a while and I sold my Xbox one, PS3 and 360, and PS4 in the last few months so it didn't feel like that much to me.

329€ Switch
60€ Zelda
15€ Standard grey carrying case
65€ Pro Controller

Will immediately be looking for a cheaper bomberman, and I'll be picking up Snipperclips and ARMS as soon as they come out.

Console, Zelda ME, Bomberman, Chargeable Grip

So maybe about $500

Definitely a Pro Controller as well but doubt I'll get it day one.

Nintendo Switch - $299.99
Pro Controller - $69.99 (if I can find one)
Charging Grip - $29.99
AC Adapter - $29.99
Carrying Case - $19.99
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - $59.99
Super Bomberman R - $59.99

Total: $569.93, or $499.94 if I can't find the Pro Controller day 1.

If I add tax where I live (3.5%), it would be $589.88 or $517.44.

I already have everything paid off except the Pro Controller since its not reservable, so I'm at $517.44 currently. If some eShop only games are out for launch I'll probably spend more, but who knows about that yet.

A Micro SD card either at launch or within a few months. I want to gauge what digital games will be, as I doubt everything will be 13GB like Zelda. Once I see what Mario Kart's is I'll probably get one if its substantial. I want to go digital with this system but Nintendo leaves me with doubts about doing that currently.

Console - $200 ($300 - $100 Amazon gift card)
Zelda: Breath of the Wild - $50 ($60 - $10 Amazon Prime discount)
Snipperclips - $20
Pro Controller - $70 (if they ever go up for sale in the US)
Official Nintendo Case and Screen Protector - $20

So the total comes out to $360 plus tax. All in all I'm probably spending around $390 if you consider tax. I never owned a Wii U, so I'll be getting Mario Kart 8: Deluxe in April as well. I'll definitely be picking up Puyo Puyo Tetris and Splatoon 2 as well. I'm very excited for this machine considering I skipped the 3DS as well. Been a while since I've played Nintendo's recent offering of titles.

Console - $300 @ Best Buy
Pro Controller - $70 - Whenever it's up for pre-order
Joy-con Set - $0
Chargeable Grip - $0
SD card - 200GB - $70
Case & Screen Protector - $0

Games:
Zelda - $0
1-2 Switch - $0
Snipperclips - $20

All the $0 are because I used Amazon trade-in, and I have a bunch to trade to GS too so a lot of future games/purchases will be "free"

So far I have.

Switch $312
Zelda Master Edition $110 (BB GCU)
Has Been Heroes $20 (Physical exclusive at Gamestop)
Joycons $80

Also plan on getting snippercuts and 1,2, Switch to play with the family.

Well, my fiancee and I both went in on some stuff, here is the stuff coming on day one. I used the BB deal on a lot of it hence the differing pricing.

Switch (X2) $632
Mesenger Bag $31
Joycon Charger (does 4x at once) $24
2x Joycon Charge Grips $53
2 sets of Joy Con pairs (neon and normal) $127
Zelda Master Edition $110
1-2-Switch $32
Zelda Amiibo $63 for all 5

I also plan on getting Bomberman if it's fair priced, and pre-ordered like 6 other games, but my day 1 total is gonna be about 1100 if I get bomberman, but my fiancee is gonna cover about 400 of that for her stuff, so not TOO bad. I also did get an additional Master edition for Zelda and an additional switch so, if no one I know in the friend circle wants them i'll see if I can flip them to cover the bleeding.

Did you find a deal on the Joycon remotes and 1,2, Switch?

$299.99 for the console
$103.99 for the Zelda Master Edition

These are my only for-sure purchases. Strongly considering (in this order):

$47.99 for Super Bomberman R (or less)
$39.99 or so for a 128 Micro SDXC card
$79.99 for Red Joy Con bundle
$39.99 for 1, 2, Switch

Plus some extra charging stuff.

Switch - 330€
Zelda - 70€

Other than that I don't know at this point. I'll walk in the store to pick my Switch up and will decide there if I want to buy 1-2 Switch and a case too.

Grey Switch - 379,90€
Breath of the Wild - 64,90€
Official carrying case & screen protector - 29,90€

All in all 474,70€. Expensive as hell.

Probably just the console and Zelda Master edition at the moment.Maybe a 128 GB sd card. I would like some more controllers but that price. Want some more games, but not too sure what I want.

Switch console- £280
Zelda BOTW - £48
Pro Controller - £65
Case - £30
Bomberman- £30-£40

Want a second set of JoyCons as well but they can wait until MK or Arms hits

On the whole quite a cheap launch normally save around £600 for console launches but due to lack of launch titles won't be getting near that amount.
