how much wator do you drink

i started drinking like 6 glasses of it a day and holy shit

i feel pretty normal now and not sluggish anymore

before id take just gulps and sips when im eating and thats it
 
Not drinking enough water is the biggest harm someone can inflict on their body.

As Tony Horton says, drink your water people.
 
Water is my primary beverage. On average, I drink around four-to-six glasses a day. It varies greatly if I am home that day. If so, I will drink around six glasses. If I am gone all day, I may only drink three glasses.
 
Water is shit. No nutrients. No vitamins or minerals. Better off drinking literally anything else.

It's all I drink now. I started drinking it exclusively because I was broke as hell but now I just do it because its my preference. It's not that I can't appreciate milk, juice, beer, etc., but when I'm just casually sipping something it's always water.
 
~2 litres a day. I just drink water and occasionally juice/smoothies.
 
I drink about 4 bottles of water a day. It's my favorite drink. Every time I go to a restaurant I only ask for ice water.
 
Listen, buy a bottle of Aquafina and then buy literally any other beverage you can find at a supermarket. Compare the %DRVs. I'm drinking a can of coke right now. 2% drv of sodium, 13% drv of carbohydrates. Water ain't got SHIT.

i switched to drinking water as a primary beverage, and it's hard to drink anything else. milk tastes strange and slightly sour, juices taste and feel like sugar rammed down my gullet, sodas irritate my throat. coffee is still okay, though, possibly due to my addiction to caffeine. maybe i should take up tea.

i'm feeling much better than i have in the past, so it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Around 6 cups a day minimum, I drink around 2 in the morning, 2 after I jog in the evening and one or two cups here and there (lunch, dinner, etc), I don't usually feel thirsty if I'm not sweating or exercising so sometimes I just don't drink a whole lot, or I just forget to.

I don't notice that much of a difference, I sometimes drink water because I thought I'm suppose to and it's good for my health, it just makes me pee more.
