how much wator do you drink

I've been having frequent headaches and muffled hearing recently that goes away when I drink, so I've increased the amount of water I drink a day from 2-3 glasses to 6-7 glasses. It's pretty much dealt with those issues, but shortly after I made these changes I began losing a fair amount of weight real quick. Does not drinking enough cause bloating/make your body hoard fat or something?

hey guise, wator u doing in this thread

why did I laugh at this shit

on topic, I drink water almost exclusively, besides some Minute Maid OJ in the morning. I've cut soda completely out of my life, and I really don't miss it. I take a sip of Coke or Sprite every now and again and I can't stand the taste.

not that I know of. some people attribute the rapid weight loss of the atkins diet induction phase to loss of water weight.

I just got over a hemorrhoid about 2-3 months ago and seeing that picture brought back some horrible memories.

I would say i probably drink a couple pints per day, but more importantly who wastes money on the scam that is bottled water over just drinking tap water? I just refill the same few bottles with tap water and put them back in the fridge.

I love water, it literally is my favorite drink, I drink like 2 liters of it everyday, I drink diet soda and coffee too though, but they do not beat water for me

8-10 glasses a day, I have a cup of coffee in the morning. Then the rest of the day is cool water from the fridge. It's really simple and I always have access to it since I work from home.

I drink plenty now that my doctor suggested it to help my back issues. Have to hydrate those disks. Back is better than it had been in ages but I've changed a lot in my daily routine including the water intake.

How do guys drink so much wator without getting heartburn and that overall "oh my god I'm full of wator" feeling? I keep a glass on my bedside table and I might have a glass at lunch and dinner, but that's it for me.
