I've heard you shouldn't work out muscles like the deltoids and trapeziuses(sp?) as often as other muscles. I'm following a workout routine for the deltoids that is supposedly pretty good, but it says to only work them out once a week, although it is a pretty rigorous routine. Is just once a week frequent enough? And what about the traps? For those I do the exercise where you kinda bend over and pull a dumbbell upwards. Same for the deltoids....I use dumbbells.
