I went to the doctor the other day, and got bloodwork done for another reason, but I have a little bit high cholesterol/triglycerides, which isnt surprising since I've eaten like shit the past few months consistently. Frankly you can't tell, cause I'm still skinny as fuck even though my size 32 pants are getting too tight on me now. I don't have a problem with eating better, I've done a good job the past week finding good low fat substitutes (hell anything is better than buying whole little ceasars $5 pizzas and draining them though, along with other assorted crap), but I find it literally IMPOSSIBLE to cut down on sodium. It's in fat foods. It's in no fat foods. It's in EVERYTHING. I go eat a no fat food substitute thing in there now andeach serving still has something like 37% of your daily value of Sodium. I've conceded this fight, its one area I can't get around when you want to eat protein anymore. Anyone else find this to be the case?
