Totally off topic but I will be forever disappointed that they didn't run with this in the second movie. Have Neo remain super powerful but have him be able to 'see' the human in the pod behind the matrix construct. So he would be able to fight the agents and other programs but wouldn't be able to kill the regular human lackeys.
Would have fit better with the whole chosen one messiah thing, and could have saved us the 'upgrades' part.
