Wind is gusty, and the wind's blown over some of the bushes. But nothing major so far. I can't move my Corolla b/c I can't find my keys. So it's kinda in the open...under a big tree. The tree won't fall, and hopefully all the branches stay on. Got the Spyder around back. No tape on the windows, no plans to do so. Gonna sleep in my bed, under my window tonight. Don't really think anything bad's gonna happen. Then again, who knows? The only problem so far has been the power going on and off every few hours. That's kinda normal I guess. Seems different from the normal brownouts. Everyone has their a/c on right now. Anyway, who knows? We'll see later. Back to Madden. PEACE.

My aunt fucked up, she waited until today to change her mind about staying instead of taking a flight here to PR, and now the airports are closed. She lives in an apartment complex too.

Damn, it's like every instance of Mother Nature is taking turns trying to gang rape Florida for all it's worth before the hurricane season is over. IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL?

It's the curse of having a great Summer. Anyway, the worst that happened so far has been the loss of power for about 9 hourse early this morning. I went to bed right after it went out and woke up when it came back on. At least it came at a good time this time. Normally the power goes out and the worst times. The winds been strong, although really strong this morning. Nothing gave though. The worst the cars got is a lot of twigs and branches, but nothing major. Frances jumped the shark in the Bahamas. At least it kicked their ass pretty good. Some of the wierdest places in Freeport got totally flooded. They had to use jet skis to get people from the high school where my dad used to work, and my old elementary school was probably unreachable. It was right there on the water with just a few sea grape trees to shield it. Hope the nuns got out safe...those bitches.

Oh well, looks like I might be able to get out tomorrow and at least get some shit done. Lost power last night while saving Madden btw. Corrupted my franchise, which means I have to start all over again. This hurricane has been hell on all of us. :lol: PEACE.

I'm surprised how well the power has held up here for us. It went out for 5 minutes last night and for about 30 this morning considering we are being slammed by wind and rain non stop. Hope it stays this way *knock on wood*

There haven't been this many hurricanes hit Florida in years. I can't remember the last time.

What's funny is a lot of people in south Florida were evacuated up to Tallahassee, and now the hurricane is going to hit here too. haha

Yikes.. it's 5-day track keeps it in even warmer waters.. then it makes a turn towards Miami.

They've been pretty good at predicting so far this season too. :/
