Keys + Digital Things
Humble keys will go out today, before the launch of the game at midnight PT (give or take a few minutes, perhaps). If you do not get your key by the time the game roles out, please email Humble directly, as they will have better support than filtering through me alone.
If you already have a Preview Key from way back when, you should be all set (steam will automatically change over). Any new keys will be sent later today.
As for the soundtrack, digital art book pdf and wallpapers: we're working hard on them! We'll be sending these out as soon as they are ready via email notifications. Our first priority is getting the game in your hands, and these other components will take just a bit of time yet.

There have been enough alpha/beta impressions and hands-on previews from E3 and PAX to trust that the gameplay is pretty solid

I really liked the combat demo. The only downside is the framerate. I wouldn't even mind so much if the camera wasn't in constant motion.

They won't be, the game isn't releasing on PS4 for a while still. But you should contact Backerkit to resolve it.

Relax Nardonicus, your preview build will automatically turn into the Steam release version.

So because I got the preview build is the reason I'm able to play the game now.

I deleted the preview build from my Library, activated the key I got, restarted Steam and the full game downloaded. And since the preview and full game have the same steam ID, it let me play. Try it!
